1. Booking and Deposits

  • Booking Confirmation: To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and will be applied to your final invoice.
  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days will require payment of the full remaining balance.
  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs, any overpayments beyond the deposit amount will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy.

3. Changes and Modifications

  • Event Changes: Changes to the event details must be communicated to us at least 14 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability of requested modifications cannot be guaranteed.
  • Additional Costs: Any changes that result in additional work or materials will incur extra charges. We will provide a revised estimate if necessary.

4. Services and Deliveries

  • Service Scope: Our services include design, setup, and breakdown of floral arrangements and decor. Any additional services not included in the initial agreement will be subject to extra charges.
  • Delivery and Setup: We will arrive at the venue 2-3 hours before the event start time for setup. Delivery times are subject to change based on venue regulations and logistical considerations.
  • Venue Access: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue provides us with adequate access for setup and breakdown.

5. Damages and Liability

  • Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage to our property caused by guests or other third parties. We reserve the right to seek compensation for repairs or replacements.
  • Liability: While we strive for perfection, Lovely Flowers Art is not liable for any issues arising from unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information to process your booking and communicate with you regarding your event. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
